IABA | Brand Story Video

Maffey Films partnered with the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis (IABA) to produce a four-minute brand story introducing the organization's mission, services, and commitment to supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Through interviews with key leaders and professionals, the video explores IABA's approach to applied behavior analysis and the role its services play in helping individuals develop skills, build relationships, and participate more fully in their communities. Rather than focusing solely on the organization itself, the film highlights the people IABA serves and the meaningful impact that individualized support can have on their lives.

The video features Ihab Shahawi, CEO and Founder of IABA; Dr. Lori Ann Dotson, Chief Knowledge and Learning Officer; Gillian Martin of Soileir Psychology Services; Linda Hume of Linda Hume Consultancy; and Dr. Danette Montiel, Director of Transformational Education at IABA. Together, their perspectives provide insight into the organization's philosophy, the importance of person-centered support, and the professionals working to advance its mission.

Through thoughtful interviews and purposeful storytelling, the production translates a specialized field into an accessible narrative for families, professionals, and community members seeking to better understand IABA's work.

For Maffey Films, this project demonstrates how brand story videos can help service-driven organizations communicate complex ideas with clarity, establish trust with their audiences, and showcase the people and purpose behind their work.
