MeaeCare HRA Training
Maffey Films partnered with MeaeCare to produce an instructional training video designed to make its Health Risk Assessment (HRA) training process more efficient and consistent across internal teams.
The video walks team members through the process of conducting an HRA during an in-home visit, using a combination of voiceover narration, motion graphics, staged demonstrations, and professional B-roll. Filmed at an Orange County residence and MeaeCare’s offices, the production featured actors portraying real-world scenarios and actual medical equipment to create a practical, easy-to-follow training resource.
Beyond explaining the steps involved, the video was created to solve an operational challenge: reducing the need for experienced team members to repeatedly conduct the same in-person training. By turning that knowledge into a reusable video resource, MeaeCare can help onboard and prepare team members more consistently while allowing its trainers to focus their time on other responsibilities.
This project demonstrates how strategic video production can support healthcare organizations beyond marketing. From employee onboarding and clinical workflow demonstrations to internal education and process documentation, professionally produced training videos can help healthcare teams communicate procedures clearly, improve training consistency, and make better use of their time.
